NEWS: Singapore trust firm hit with €960k fine over AML breaches; failings placed trust at ‘higher risk’ of illicit activities

A Singapore trust firm has been slapped €960,000 fine for failing to comply with AML regulations. 

Vistra Trust was hit with the penalty by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, following an inspection carried out in 2019.
