Fraudsters in New York arrested for €1.7M ($1.9M) COVID-19 unemployment scam

New York Public Prosecutors have busted a couple on charges of stealing identities and claiming fraudulent unemployment benefits. 

Staff at a hotel in New York notified authorities after the pair forgot to take a huge cache of incriminating evidence when they left the room.
