LATEST: Barclays CEO Jes Staley quits following FCA inquiry into his relationship with paedophile Jeffrey Epstein

Jes Staley is to step down as CEO of British multi-national bank Barclays due to his relationship with notorious paedophile offender Jeffery Epstein.

Staley had served as chief executive of the bank since 2015, but multiple authorities in the UK have been investigating his connection with Epstein since February 2020 – a connection that was alleged to have gone beyond “purely professional.”
