United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) charges ex-Goldman Sachs Compliance analyst with insider trading

The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has charged a former Goldman Sachs Senior Compliance analyst with insider trading. 

In a statement, the SEC said it had charged Spanish national Jose Luis Casero Sanchez. Mr Sanchez worked at the Warsaw office of the international investment bank, and was linked to alleged insider trading of at least 45 corporate events involving the bank’s clients.
