This day just three weeks ago, the world of financial crime was reeling from the shock resignation of Financial Action Task Force executive secretary David Lewis.

Mr Lewis has held the post since October 2015 – and it’s fair to say his tenure has left a strong mark and a legacy in which he can take pride.
