The Dutch Central Bank has warned that the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world is operating illegally in the Netherlands.

Binance, founded in China, now headquartered in the Cayman Islands, and already targeted by US and UK authorities due to serious AML concerns, has been offering its services to Dutch customers without any government go-ahead, it has emerged.
