BREAKING: Celebrity couple who fought two-year battle to stay anonymous forfeit Stg£4M in AML win for UK’s NCA

An Azerbaijani couple have agreed to hand over £4M (€4.67) to British authorities following a settlement described as a “significant success” for Britain’s National Crime Agency.

The total sum was held in four separate bank accounts belonging to Izzat Khanim Javadova – a DJ performing under the name Mikaela Jav – and her husband Suleyman Javadov – identified by the NCA as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP).
