‘Nothing is untraceable’; Compliance expert suggest crypto are not as dangerous as they might appear, with the amount attached to financing terrorism ‘insignificant’

OF ALL VIRTUAL ASSETS circulating around the world right now, very little of it is connected to illegal activities, particularly financing terrorism, one expert has claimed.

Head of Compliance at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange Stéphane Leloup made the comments as part of a reality-check-style roundup of cryptocurrency at the ACAMS Europe conference Wednesday.
