MEP calls for individual culpability in €4.1 Million Davy compliance scandal

A LEADING MEP has warned that the recent multi-million euro compliance scandal that has rocked Irish stockbroker Davy, will see “reputational damage” to the country.

Billy Kelleher MEP demanded “individuals needed to be held to account” in controversies such as these, and that the firms needed to “have responsibility to ensure compliance”.
