Top UK financial watchdog orders bankers to resume recording calls when working from home after months of relaxed rules

THE UK’S TOP financial watchdog has asked bankers to resume recording all communications while working from home, ending a policy relaxation introduced during the home working pivot last year.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued the new guidance last Friday after an almost year-long leeway.
