LATEST: US Fed ends decade-long AML enforcement orders against Standard Chartered

THE U.S. Fed has terminated two long-standing enforcement orders against Standard Chartered and its American arm.

The orders, issued on December 10,  2012 and April 8,  2019, formally ended on Feb. 26, 2026. They required the bank to strengthen controls and governance tied to past violations of U.S. sanctions.
