AML Intelligence’s highly anticipated CFCC (Certificate in Financial Crime Compliance) course starts today.
To coincide with the launch, Rory Doyle, head of Financial Crime Policy at Fenergo, one of Europe’s leading fintechs, has been confirmed as a lecturer.
He will guide the first CFCC intake, who will work towards a qualification which will become the new benchmark for AFC and AML professionals.
Most legacy programmes are exam-centric, testing recall. Instead, the CFCC focuses on scenario labs, artefacts, and defended decisions. The 12-week certification is fully online and recorded.
The CFCC will signal to employers that graduates have both technical knowledge and practical, job-ready compliance skills.
Enrollment for the first intake is available [HERE].
Those unable to attend the first course can attend Open Evenings for the CFCC January intake.
The next Open Evenings are on Tuesday, December 9, at 1pm GMT. And Thursday, December 11, at 1pm GMT.
Registration is available [HERE].

The Dublin-based company runs an online platform which helps regulated firms with tasks like KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, staying up to date with AML regulations, and continuous risk monitoring. It was valued at over $1 billion in 2021, reaching ‘unicorn’ status.
Before starting at Fenergo, Doyle was Head of Compliance at Walkers, a leading international law firm. He has also worked at other major global financial institutions, including Merril Lynch and JPMorgan.
