NEWS: Luxembourg’s CSSF warns of ‘serious shortcomings’ with AML screenings in 2024 annual report

LAX screening controls are one of the most common AML (anti-money laundering) failings in Luxembourg, according to the country’s financial regulator.

Deficiencies in transaction monitoring and weak due diligence were also identified as key issues.
