NEWS: Canada bill will make AML compliance orders mandatory

COMPLIANCE agreements with FINTRAC, Canada’s AML watchdog, will become mandatory under a new money laundering bill.

The measure is being introduced as part of Canada’s new ‘Strong Borders’ Bill, which promises to strengthen Canada’s borders against organized crime.
