BREAKING: Former F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone charged with fraud by misrepresentation over failure to declare £400M in overseas assets

Former Formula 1 chief and tycoon Bernie Ecclestone has been charged with fraud by misrepresentation, after he failed to declare  £400M in overseas assets. 

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) today authorised the charge “in respect of [Ecclestone’s] failure to declare to HMRC the existence of assets held overseas believed to be worth in excess of £400M.”
