NEWS: FCA bans company CEO Kasim Garipoglu following AML failings

THE FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) has banned company CEO Kasim Garipoglu from working in UK financial services, citing serious AML failings among multiple issues.

The regulator said Garipoglu, who owned a firm offering online foreign exchange and contracts trading, does not meet the “fit and proper” standard.
