LATEST: FATF adds Kuwait and Papua New Guinea to AML Grey List

THE FATF (Financial Action Task Force) has added Kuwait and Papua New Guinea to its ‘grey list’ of jurisdictions with weak AML regimes.

No jurisdictions were removed in the update, which came after the latest FATF plenary.
