NEWS: Irish High Court confirms Coinbase €21.5m fine for AML failings

IRELAND’S High Court has confirmed a €21.5 million fine for Coinbase, handed out after the company failed to properly screen over 30 million transactions.

The Irish Central Bank announced the penalty in November after a probe into the company’s transaction monitoring system.
