NEWS: TD Bank targeted and fired Chinese-heritage staff in AML cleanup, lawsuit claims

A group of Chinese-Americans, formerly employees of TD (Toronto-Dominion) Bank in the U.S, have sued the lender.

They allege the company fired them after “unjustly” linking them to Chinese money brokers who used the bank to launder millions of dollars, according to court documents.
