U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent plans to raise money laundering risks on social media giant TikTok with Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng at a meeting next week in Madrid.

The meetings will also cover trade, economic and national security issues. They are part of a September 12-18 trip that Bessent is making to Spain and Britain.
