NEWS: Online betting firm ProgressPlay fined £1M for ‘unacceptable’ AML breaches

THE UK Gambling Commission has fined online gaming operator ProgressPlay £1 million ($1.35 million) for repeated anti-money laundering (AML) and social responsibility failures.

Along with the fine, the Commission ordered ProgressPlay to accept new licence conditions. The company is also expected to appoint an independent auditor to review its AML controls.
