US officials identified the suspect as Maria Del Rosario Navarro-Sanchez, a 39-year-old Mexican citizen. They claim she supplied grenades to the Cartel de Jalisco Nueva Generacion (CJNG) and helped smuggle firearms, migrants, drugs, and cash.
