Do you have an experience in providing compliance and AML advisory services to a business division? Do you enjoy advising and supporting front office colleagues to ensure compliance? Are you confident when it comes to speaking up for what is right and challenging at all levels?

We are looking for an experienced IB Compliance and AML Officer. The successful candidate will be required to:

  • support the IB Business in remaining compliant with the regulatory environment and UBS guidelines
  • ensure there is sufficient regulatory watch on the IB perimeter
  • work collaboratively with other C&ORC and FCP teams to ensure compliance and AML risks are identified and managed according to the firm’s risk appetite
  • draft and review compliance and AML policies, procedures and controls
  • develop and deliver compliance and AML training to the IB business teams
  • complete regulatory required reports to regulators (ACPR/AMF/BaFin)

You will be located in Paris, working in the Investment Bank aligned Compliance and FCP teams. We support the Investment Bank business by partnering with them to effectively manage regulatory risk in an environment of collaboration and constructive challenge. Our duties include implementing and overseeing a framework to manage compliance related risks and to ensure regulatory and operational risks are identified, properly assessed and recorded. You’ll play an important role in helping us develop risk mitigating measures and controls – and ensure adequate remediation plans are in place. You’ll also collaborate with global colleagues to ensure that best practices are being shared around the region/globe.

Your expertise

  • strong business analysis skills
  • fluent in French and English
