NEWS: Commission’s top finance official Berrigan hopeful of compromise on data privacy over new AML Authority; ING’s Schulz says prioritise ‘private to private’ information sharing

THE EUROPEAN Commission will shortly publish its guidance on Public Private Partnerships in fighting financial crime, its top financial official confirmed today.

John Berrigan, Director General of DG FISMA, said the guidance was on his desk and the Commission would soon be sharing the guidelines.
