FCA fines insurance broker £7.8M for FinCrime control failure

JLT Specialty Limited (JLTSL) has been fined £7.8M (€9M) by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for financial crime control failures, which led to bribery of over $3M in one case.

Founded in the UK, JLTSL specialises in insurance brokerage, risk management, and claims handling.
