News of the latest casualty in the long-running cum-ex trading fraud case emerged last week.

British broker Sunrise LLP was handed a £642,400 (approx. €752k) fine by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for processing transactions that their AML systems should have flagged as potentially fraudulent.
