Effort to re-invent and modernise German regulator BaFin ‘well on its way,’ says German State Secretary

Amidst ongoing criticism of the German financial regulator BaFin, its efforts to turn itself around have been praised by top officials.

Both its new President Mark Branson and German state secretary for financial market policy and European policy Dr Jörg Kukies have welcomed the progress the agency has made.
