Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Executive Secretary David Lewis has said the battle agains FinCrime is blighted by “investment is in the wrong places.”

He has called for a more “joined up approach between law enforcement and banks”, as well as “better public-private collaboration”, as well as “more public-private partnerships”
